I’ll be introducing the ideas of religion and explaining how it influence people and boost their self-esteem.  

 

I would like to introduce you to theme, religion. Religion is a cultural system of behaviors and practices, mythologies, worldviews, sacred texts, holy places, ethics, and societal organization. Examples of Religious practices may include rituals, sacrifices, funerary services meditation, prayer, music, art, public service, or other aspects of human culture. Many people might think that religion causes us to have bad or good morals. Or there’s sometimes people fighting whether religion is real or not. In that case, if God did create the world or was it just all science. Some people might not even believe in a religion. And that’s okay, but the point here is how can it influence us human beings and boost our dignity.

 

Religion can change someone’s behavior and boost people’s self-esteem. This may change their decisions that they make or actions they make. Religion plays a big role in our everyday lives. Religion can influence people to do bad or good things. For example, based on someone’s religion if they cheat. They might not believe in a God or have a religion. However, if someone who follows a religion or believes in God. They might feel bad and probably not do it again. So, to be straightforward religion can affect our thinking, honesty, and actions religion. According to Azim Shariff author of the article Religion Influences Behavior stated that, “Religion makes people act better, supporters have long maintained. Religion poisons everything, an increasingly on the youth. Religion has an impact on people’s generosity, honesty, prejudice and conflict.” Thus saying, with religion people tend to act more respectful and it can uplift one’s self esteem because it affects their overall emotion or even judge on oneself as well as an reaction toward their self.
